This is the official website of COLife, an alliance between six research institutes in life sciences located in the region of Lisbon and Oeiras.

On April 24, 2020, exactly one year after the first COLife meeting at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, in Lisbon, this website was launched with the goal of sharing credible information, in a dynamic, useful and accessible way for both scientists and the general public.

COLife community meeting 2022

COLife is proud to organize the 2^th COLife Community Meeting, that will take place at Forte S. Julião da Barra in Oeiras, Portugal. In a stimulating environment, the COLife Community Meeting 2022 aims to bring together directors, group leaders, postdocs, students, technicians, staff and heads of facilities and technical platforms, all members of our community, who are eager to share their experience and know-how. 

COLife meeting 2022 Structure:

The COLife Community Meeting 2022 will be a one-day event. Short scientific talks in the morning session will give an overview of the research done at COLife institutes. In the afternoon, there will be sessions with technological pitches, followed by round table discussions on topics of interest to all COLife institutes, such as, data management and open science.

Who can participate at COLife meeting 2022?

Everyone from the COLife community (up to 250 participants in-person), including group leaders, core facilities scientists, postdocs, students and support staff.
